Residential Replacement Warranty

All Tim Leeper Roofing Systems come with a 20 year workmanship warranty. Most companies will require you to add in several upgrades to receive a longer warranty. We believe in doing things the right way the first time. Because of this, our Tim Leeper Roofing System includes many things that are optional in quotes you might receive from other contractors. The warranty will stay with the home even if sold. If at any point in time during the 20 years after we install your new Tim Leeper Roofing System, you have any leaks or roof failures due to a workmanship issue we will come out to fix the problem free of charge.

Residential Repair Warranty

We are one of the few companies who stand behind our repair work. We offer a 1 year workmanship warranty on our repairs. If we come out to fix a problem on your roof and did not properly fix the area of the suspected leak, we will come back out within a year of the original repair, to fix any failures in the work performed free of charge.
