If you have filled out an estimate request form, our dispatcher will be reaching out to you to get more information and to schedule a time for one of our estimators to come out and inspect your roof.
Whether you are interested in a repair or a replacement, the estimator will get on your roof to look for damage and to determine the life left in your current roof. They will also take photos while on your roof.
Once the estimator is finished with the inspection they will review their finding and the photos with you and provide you with their assessment on the best plan of action.
In most cases, the estimator will be able to provide an estimate for the job while at your home. It is important to us that the estimate review process is pressure free. You will have the option to sign the work contract at that point or you are free to take your time and make your decision at a later date.
Once a contract is signed, it will go on to our production team for review to ensure all of the necessary supplies are ordered.
After the supplies are ordered, our dispatcher will go ahead and reach out to you to schedule a date for the work to be completed.
If a replacement is being done, there will be an on-site inspector that will be at your home during the entire replacement process to ensure each step of the replacement is done properly and that the job site is left better than we found it. If a repair is being done, the crew will take photos of the work from the original damage to the completed repair as another step in our quality control process.
If your roof was replaced, your estimator will come back out after the work is done to do another quality control check and to ensure your satisfaction with the job.
Once the work is completed and you are happy with the repair/replacement, your invoice and warranty information will be sent to you and you can enjoy your new/repaired roof knowing we are always one call away if any issues arise.
