We are in the business of looking out for your best interest. When you suspect a storm has caused damage to your roof, our estimators will come out to take photos of your roof and give you a honest assessment to ensure that you don’t file a unnecessary insurance claim, causing an increase in insurance premiums. However, if damage is present, we will discuss our findings with you and be your advocate when working with the insurance company on your behalf. We will meet with the claims adjuster from your insurance company to review the damage on the roof and will work with the adjuster to ensure your roof is restored to its pre-damage condition.

Replacing your roof is something that shouldn’t happen often. Our goal is to install your roof and for it to remain problem free for years to come. The Tim Leeper Roofing system is focused on 3 things: Quality Work, Quality Materials and Peace of Mind. During the removal and replacement of each roof, we have an on-site supervisor who is there to ensure we are communicating with the homeowner and ensuring quality control during installation. We also choose to use the highest quality, homeowner grade materials vs a cheaper contractor grade product. While most roofing companies will offer the higher quality materials, it’s often not what comes standard. Speaking of standards, we offer a 20 year transferrable warranty on our roofs. We do this to provide our customers peace of mind and we are able to offer this type of warranty because of the quality of work our crews do.
